IFA is the main meeting place for key retailers, buyers, and experts from the industry and the media. Never before had the industry displayed so many new product categories and were so many products shown to the public for the first time. IFA’s unique blend of product innovations, stars and entertainment, presented by more than 1,800 exhibitors attracted 240,000 visitors last year. The majority of the 68,000 trade visitors came from abroad.

• An International Conference at IFA will take place under the slogan: “PLUG IN-spiration” on 4 and 5 September 2017. This year for the first time under the roof of IFA NEXT – first speakers have been announced – super early passes available for 449 EUR – until 31 May 2017. The IFA+ Summit offers a platform to trendsetters and visionaries to exchange and discuss within this years’ four clusters: Intelligence, Interaction, Society and Experiences. Their future-orientated talks will be dealing with topics like Artificial Intelligence, Internet Of Things, Virtual and Augmented Reality as well as Smart Homes.
